Postage/Shipping

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of just $10.00 for any sized order!
Postage with Insurance anywhere in Australia is a flat rate of just $15.00

Postage to the US is just $10.00 including insurance.
This rate applies to Ground shipments only in the 48 USA states.
All other locations are excluded from this rate: AK, HI, US Territories, APO/FPO, International Countries.
Please note that the customer has to provide street address to apply this rate, as UPS does not deliver to PO Box.

Postage to Canada is just $15.00 including insurance.

Postage to the UK is just $20.00 including insurance. 

We do ship to all other countries - please contact us to request a quote!

All postage/shipping charges are quoted in Australian Dollars. 

We do recommend choosing insurance as this gives you 'peace of mind' that your order will arrive safely.
Also with insured orders, we are able to track them online via a tracking number.

Returns

Of course there is a Guarantee / Return Policy with all Products Purchased!
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the order amount or the product cost. If time  allows (before the wedding date) return postage will be sent with the replacement of the product or order.

Returns are also  dealt with on an individual basis. Generally , if you are not happy with something (ie; colour or quality)  we will  send a replacement until you are fully satisfied.
