Returns

Of course there is a Guarantee / Return Policy with all Products Purchased!
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the order amount or the product cost. If time  allows (before the wedding date) return postage will be sent with the replacement of the product or order.

Returns are also  dealt with on an individual basis. Generally , if you are not happy with something (ie; colour or quality)  we will  send a replacement until you are fully satisfied.
